I have had a storage unit with Public Storage for three years at this location and since day 1, Blanche has been the sweetest person. For a period of two years moving around Orlando and not seeing here, I returned today for my last trip to get my items from storage and when I was done loading up the truck; I went into the office and Blanche greeted me by name.
I hadn't seen her at minimum in two years but if Forbes was rating this interaction, they would have given her their fullest award. Every step of the way, Blanche has assisted and helped me with any issues I may have had and she saw I was drinking a bottle of water and it appeared to not be cold. She offered me a cold bottle of water while I was still pretty thirsty from the heat and it saved me a trip to the convent store which saved me time which I find my most valuable asset.
If you are considering this location, please take it. Blanche has been here and unlike other organizations that change management personnel all the time, I've been accustomed to seeing and talking to the same person every interaction for 3 years and she knows your issues and has solutions and options for them.

I have been with Public Storage for years during that time the Manager on site was Blanche (Property number # 08705), who was very helpful and professional, when ever I needed help about the area she was very patient and explained everything while she answered all of our questions which was fantastic. After speaking with her I would get a followed up with a phone called. I'm so glad to have found such a place that care so much about their customer needs on the property, which was Very clean and I have never had trouble finding parking or having access to a cart for moving things into the unit. I give the Hunt Club Location 5 Stars.

This was my first time ever going to a storage place so I really had no clue what I was doing. Blanche was super helpful and made the process fun!! She made sure I knew all the policies and exactly what I was paying for. She was very patient with me when I had questions or asked her to explain something again. The space was clean. (Which Blanche worked very hard to clean herself!) these 5 stars are for Blanche. She is THE BEST EVER!

My experience with Public Storage was a good one. I needed a space within one hour and they made it happen. Blanche was very helpful and courteous. I like the location (close by) and the facility is very nice. I would recommend Public Storage to anyone!

They were so helpful when we were trying to reserve a unit. I was on the road and my daughter was getting the unit for me before I arrived. Blanche at the Apopka on Hunt Club Road helped us make it work and got us the unit we needed.

Extraordinary Customer Service!
Blanche at Hunt Club in Apopka, Florida is very thorough and kind. She is patient and funny and very accommodating. The units and grounds are immaculate. I have rented twice from this location. I just wish the prices were lower, only concern.

first off I never had a parking storage place till I started my own business and had to keep my work trailer in one I was in personnel mini storage the first managers there where great till they got new ones they were lazy and really dumb. I was forced to go elsewhere and iam so glad I found public storage first impression of blance was she reminded me of my mom she was so friendly I can say enough about her but she is a great person
