Moving to gainesville

I was able to reserve online process online move in online. It was very easy. All I had to do is stop by the office and get my gate code and my keys.

Poor customer service

Place is new and very nice, but there was only one person on property and not always there and no one to answer your calls either. Needs more staffing on weekends
