easy & fast
we needed affordable and fast storage. completely online checkin and very easy and convenient. i wish they would have access until 11pm or so but other than that its a good and clean storage

Bait and switch. The storage locker (3x3) was advertised...
The storage locker (3x3) was advertised online for $37.00/ month, and first month $1.00. After inquiring and making a reservation I was told it would be $60 to move in and I asked for the monthly payment. I was told- they could NOT quote me the monthly cost over the phone.
I moved in due to needing a locker asap.
When I got there, I was told the monthly price and I was not real pleased. It was certainly more than I was willing to allocate per month.
Plenty roomy for my needs, but after sorting and stacking, of course I needed bathroom facilities. The bathroom was absolutely filthy and their was no soap or paper towels.
Glad I moved out before my 2nd payment was due.

The employees that I came in contact with were both friendly and quite helpful. The facility was clean and well maintained. Security was up to snuff as well. Easy Peezy, what more can you ask for.

I recently rented a storage space from this public storage and the manager Latoya went out of her way, took her time to make sure I was satisfied with what I was renting. I have rented space from many storage facicilties and this one was by far the best I have ever been treated. GREAT WORK LATOYA AND THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP!!

I rented several years ago, found the location convenience, the staff was very helpful, and made sure I understood the size I needed, did not try to oversell to reach a higher price, that I appreciated. After some misunderstanding about the first months discount and rental rate, the young lady who I spoke with explained everything in a polite and very professional manner. She seemd to care that I was totally satified, and I could tell that she sensed the frustation I was feeling in trying to secure a unit, because I was working against a deadline to store my furniture. I appreciated very much the fact that the clerk was very sensitive to my concerns. Overall, I would rate my experience as very good. I would certainly recommend this particular company and the courtesy of their staff.
