Great option for temporary solution for folks belongings

I was looking for a storage option when we needed to store some belongings from my parents house as the relocated into assisted living. I reached out to Public Storage as an option. It was the easiest, most efficient and professional customer experience I could imagine. Dee was so helpful and walked me around to look at multiple size options. She answered all my questions thoroughly and helped me select the right unit. The quality of the facility was great and th security and convenience were awesome! Highly recommend this for your storage needs!

I am so impressed with the staff at this location. From the first phone call inquiring about a unit to actually securing a unit, they are amazing. They bend over backwards to accommodate me with very little notification from me. Penny is awesome. Very professional, courteous and just amazing. Would highly recommend them.

SUPER clean for a storage facility! Very wide roads so there is plenty of room to move around. Penny in the front office keeps this facility ON POINT! I highly recommend choosing this location if you need extra storage room. Front gate is always in good working condition as well! Penny really does a great job!

I had a great customer experience storing my belongings for a short period of time at Public Storage. Penny in particular provided exceptional customer service as she informed me everything I need to know and all of the polices. I could tell she loved her job as she was helping me out she knew all of tenants on a first name basis. I would highly recommend this facility looking for a home atmosphere and a safe place to store your belongings.

Public Storage Move In

Move in to my Public Storage space was very pleasant. The site manager was very helpful and easy to work with. The space was clean, however I did see one roach in the hallway. The climate control is comfortable. The Rest room needs paper towels and a new soap dispenser. Security seems adequate and code entry functions well. However I feel the price is still too high.
