This has been the easiest move into storage!! Rented unit online, and was able to move in quickly!!! Had a few questions, and they were answered quickly!! Great location!!!

Do not rent here
We booked an outdoor parking spot for our utility trailer months in advance. We received an email confirmation as well as a couple of phone calls, confirming our details prior to our arrival.
When we arrived, there was a remote attendant who swore that we did not have a reservation even though we provided a reservation number and the details. After much discussion, she was able to locate our reservation but said that the site reserved for us was no longer available. She then said she had no availability and turned us away.

Wish we had moved here months ago.
Our move in was very smooth. We found the manager, Kris, to be knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. The facility is so clean and we appreciate the convenience of having a restroom on every floor. Another thing we appreciate is having sturdy, well maintained, and ample flatbed carts.

Better than other storage facilities
I had a reservation with a different storage facility. The guy I spoke to kept me on the phone for a long time. He told me one thing and when I got to the facility, it was a different story. Very unprofessional. Until I drove by istorage. I saw their sign gave them a call. The lady was very professional. She locked my price in and when I got the istorage, I got a good deal. I definitely will recommend this place.

Great customer service
The guy taken care of me was great. The only problem was short staff, poor guy was so busy but he did an exellent job of taken care of everyone that came in, and never lost his composure. He definitly deserves a raise. But i was tnere for at least an hour. Thank goodness I was not in any hurry.

Temporary(climate controlled)storage needed.
Sold my father's house and needed temporary storage fast before the closing date. Midgard was easy, fast, the right size, and close by. I had no problem fitting everything in. The hours open give me plenty of time with my extremely busy schedule to get boxes moved over.Stephanie at the desk was very helpful and friendly to a newcomer. The owner, Lady was indeed a lady and very calmly and kindly helped me out with a gate entry glitch.

15 first month is the two days from last month.
The fifteen dollar first month rate if you move in august 28th is actually three days. September first pay the or the gate code does not work. The lady at the front desk is rude and won’t work with you. I wish I had never used this place.horrible experience at

Too expensive
I know now, the local facility per representative the prices are doubled due to being in Lakewood Ranch Bradenton fl. I wish I could of had the time to research prices. On top they charge hidden fees. Ex: if you are quoted $144.00 per month your going to pay $164.00. Don't do it.

Midgard Storage is a wonderful facility. I got a 10 X 10 unit on the third floor. Elevator access with lots of carts. I can't get over how immaculate the place is. Wonderful service and was able to move stuff in right after I toured the area.

Worst place to rent the rats are not the worst thing about this place you move out and they continue to charge you do not give these people your debit card they just keep taking Manager helpless to help just say corporate policy and did not follow up on giving me someone to talk to

Unit was still locked when I arrived. Elevators to 2nd floor are very small. Barely fit standard size couch. Had to tip up to the ceiling and hold it so the elevator door could close.

I would definitely recommend Midguard Storage on Lena Rd. Very nice storage units, Eddie and Maddison go above and beyond in their Customer service. Madison will make you feel like family. Eddie will do his very best to accommodate your needs,friendly,helpful, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend doing business here. We are here from out of state, so grateful we found them, and this extremely safe, newer location.
