Well I had to find a storage facility that was close to where I was moving to that was one of the closest ones but their prices were the most reasonable ones everywhere else I looked was over $100 a month and I had previously rented a storage unit from them they were very helpful and always very courteous

Nice property once you past the manager rudeness

The property is absolutely nice and newer. However, on the company website it clearly stated that insurance is recommended not mandatory, when you go they tell you it is mandatory and even if you have one but if you haven't brought them a print out they would not let you use it. They don't want to get emails. Aperantly company info sec office has blocked through a filter the outside coming mail and allowes only between company emails, with exclusion of the customer service. Their email is even stated on a business card but yet you can't email them. The lady was so no cooperative not carrying. She only wanted to sell her insurance thing... I emailed to Customer service and they forwarded them an insurance policy. I think this is outrageous in the tech DNA that we are in. Other than that I like my storage but not the manager of the location. You can see how mean she was when I told her I work in tech and I understand exactly what info sec has created, she was fuming. Great price, nice property, awful manager

Smart Storage took my reservation on line. They followed up with a conformation. Stopped by to sign papers,they showed me the unit and we put a lock on it. The price was good and they offered a 1st months rent and everyone was helpful.

We moved my mom and Brandy made this the most stress free experience I’ve ever had! I even had to get a second unit and she came through to make my day go so easy. She was extremely knowledgeable and positive, friendly and helped bring a smile to our day. Even training a new staff member during all this too! If I could give her 100 stars I would! I have rented many storage facilities in the past and this facility was the most user friendly facility I have ever rented from. From starting online with a reservation all the way through unloading my belongings in my rental unit, the staff was amazingly helpful and very friendly, they made me feel as I was part of the family. A well run storage from what I can see in the short time I’ve been there

Everyone of the employees was very friendly and helpful. We were shown the 5 x 5 storage, but opted for the 5 x 10 The manager came out in person when we had a problem opening the shutter…we didn’t understand the mechanics of the lock….and even swept the place again to make sure it was spotless. I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

Customer service was amazing, although Tony seemed to be overworked because he charged me for a lock, which I told him I had, and I paid for my move in the day before my move in date, and their lock was still in my storage the day I moved in and I was kissed because I had to rent NY rental truck one more day, which I feel they should pay for
