Well maintained
We were taken care of when we reserved a unit, we were placed on 2nd floor, an a customer service rep, called an moved us to first floor because elevators were not working.No extra cost..Which shows that they also care about our storage needs. Accessible, carts were greatly appreciated.

Nice new facility
The whole experience was good. If you try to do everything online you are committed to buying their $17 lock and their insurance. If you go into their office you are immediately hit in the face with the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. The lady at at the counter is very nice and helpful. The facility is nice and easy to navigate, with a good freight elevator.

Great customer service
This storage place is a very clean business with air conditioned interior storage. A very secure area with an outer gate and security cameras. The customer service is friendly and helpful. The moving truck was a perfect end to my final move into my unit. Thank you Cube Smart for all your help and friendly atmosphere.

Out of this world customer service.
This place is awesome, the customer service is top notch, the rent is cheap and the facility is clean. Overall one of the best experiences I've had at a storage facility, it was quick and easy and this location has a truck you can rent for FAR cheaper than any uhaul to move in or out with.

Had to walk 100 yards to get to 2nd floor unit. Hidden insurance fee is mandatory. Bait and switch. Customer service was adequate. Company truck advertises free use for customers, which is false.
