Good service. Did not understand before rental(during reservation) that an add $15 a month would be charged for insurance. Won’t be staying long!

They went above and beyond to work with us on hour moving day.
We needed a place to leave our utility trailer for the rest of the weekend and they were happy to accommodate us. We had the unit number and gate code texted to us ahead of time, which made everything go a little smoother. The only thing I would suggest to anyone renting in there, if you have a large trailer or truck it may be difficult to navigate the angles. It might be a good idea to look at the map and choose a unit that is accessible for large vehicles.

Great service!
I was told by the call center I couldn’t get into my unit any earlier than 9:30 am. I made the decision to go over in person. I found out I could get in between 6am-9pm. I did all my paperwork was shown the unit and the person at the storage facility was kind, helpful and efficient.

Ok fist of all not all public storages are the same, some manigers are not the nicest people to put it nicely... however bill has always been honest and up front with all the quirks of useing public storage. That being said, this property is well kept and easy to use well lit and seems very secure. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a unit...btw use there lock its just better

Experience at Public Storage on Highland
I was very impressed with the customer service I was given from my first call to signing the lease paperwork & my move in. Bill the on-site manager was very helpful and friendly. I work in the customer service field and it's great when someone lives up to my expectations and then surpasses them. I'd recommend this location to my friends. I don't normally recommend so this says a lot about the service I received.
