Just needed it for like a week
I only needed the unit for a week. Moving from a 2 bedroom apartment to a 3 bedroom house. My lease is up on December 31st and I can’t move into the new house until January 2nd. So I got the first month pricing for the unit for $1 not counting “move in” fee. So about $45 after everything, for a 10x20 unit, great deal. Couldn’t ask for anything better! Thank you!

Temperature controlled?
Its super hot already outside an I went in to my unit it looks like it's not as temperature controlled with all this heat. I may have to replace boxes before to long. This is my second time using a storage unit so maybe I just wasn't expecting it but I felt temperature control would still be less hot an effective on my boxes.

The property manager was wonderful and ...
The property manager was wonderful and the whole process of getting the unit arranged was a breeze! The only thing that was troublesome was some of the hour restrictions. No restrooms after 6 pm and no access after 9 pm. I was moving everything from my home to storage and the moving company had trouble getting everything done in time (which I realize was their issue) but because of the time limitation we had to store what was loaded in the truck and come back the next day with the rest. All very stressful - meeting that 9 pm deadline. Plus there were no restrooms available while we were unpacking.

good people working for you
very pleases, kathy was informative pleasant, very helpful. however i feel that the first month storage for one dollar is very deceiving because the following month is a whopper of a cost which i understand includes taxes and insurance. maybe the provider of the information could be told how to let the customer know after the first month there is charges for insurance, taxes of course and the price of the size of the storage shed. although kathy was very pleasant, informative and even offered me the opportunity to buy boxes I felt a little over whelmed with the total cost of the unit.
