my experience here was great! Great place as far as location, its convenient and safe to store your belongings

Upon arriving at this location I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff here. I felt warm and welcomed even into Orlando. Moving here was a hard decision for me to make especially because I love south Florida so much but these people made me feel like home. I came in extra nervous about driving my uhaul and left there feeling calm and accomplished. I was reassured that my belongings were going to be safe and my move into the facility was an easy one thanks to all the extra space I had to drive that big truck in! Regardless if I win or not, these people should be awarded for outstanding customer service and support! Happy New Year!

There was a miscommunication between sparefoot and the storage facility and they had no record of my reservation. Tomorrow was moving day and I didn't have a unit yet. Paul and Wendy went out of their way to rectify the situation.
