Good deal on storage through SpareFoot
Only issue, was that unit was on 2nd floor, although through confirmation sent stated it was to be on 1st floor. I didn't pay for a 1st floor unit per description when I reserved, so I'm not upset in the least. I knew going in that it' would take time to move a full 16' box truck (5 hrs), but that's my issue not Public Storage's. Just wishful thinking, that when the confirmation had (1st floor) written that I'd gotten lucky to not have to deal w/ an elevator. But I won't have to worry about that again for awhile. Staff was extremely courteous upon my arrival the unit was clean and ready for me when I arrived.

I went to your location at 5408...
I went to your location at 5408 University Dr Davie just to get prices for a unit so that I could compare to others. After speaking to Mrs. Claudia I did not need to go anywhere else She gave me all the options after listening to my needs, I knew this was the best place to store my household goods. Claudia is very knowledgeable and a real professional at her job. She showed me a couple of Units and upon seeing the cleaningness of the place I was convinced this was the place. Many are quick to complaint about anything, very few usually compliment great service. I compliment the service I received from Claudia and her staff this past week

The third unit we looked at was clean
The third unit we looked at was clean. I was offered to purchase a highly secure pad lock for $20, to guard against theft. This didn't instill confidence in the security; More-over, I could't return the unused lock an hour later (after finding I did have a good lock). So I'm stuck with the $20 lock which costs $10 at home depot down the road. This left a bad ending to an otherwise smooth check-in with the friendly staff.

Very pleasant and reassuring
I went into this location with very limited time. The gentleman ( I forgot his name ? ) was very helpful! Even though I was kind of rushing him, he still went through everything as quickly as he could but was very informative even as I was rushing him because of my time limit.

Good storage company
Helpful onsite sales managers. Never do like the automatic raising of rates, which seems to happen quickly, but I guess that is the current standard. I'm a late-night person, so I wouldn't mind it being open a little bit later, but the ease of access during their scheduled times is quite good, and they have dollies available to use as needed.

Excellent Service but Company Rules could use some updating
I had no problems finding a storage space that met my needs and the associate that helped me was very helpful and patience in finding the right storage. I also had no problems with the inspection of my unit when I left however I wish they would give a prorated return if you turn in the unit early. They charge a prorated rate if you move in during the middle of the month or at least after the first week of the month and I expected something back for returning the unit back earlier than what I paid for but apparently it is like renting out an apartment. Other than that, it was a fine experience, the facilities were pretty clean and I had no issues with the unit itself and the staff were excellent.

its ok , my latch is old and falls off ,actually fell on the ground and I had to pick it up and put it back on , is hard to open ~ clearly the place is not new ,but I am too busy to complain about it , it's close between the two places I am moving ~ so it will have to do ~ just wanted to store my stuff ,while I am moving ~
