Honestly Joe was awesome and very kind...
Honestly Joe was awesome and very kind and helpful! He asked from the beginning how many rooms we were storing so we could calculate what I needed for space! Since I was doing this alone I needed a lot of help figuring it all out and he did just that and got me the best room for my money! It was an overall great experience thanks to Joe at the Nova Public Storage!

My Initial Experience at Public Storage
First of all, we were able to get a quick and efficient response with our online reservation. Then by contacting the local facility, Joe gave us all the correct information and reservations that we would need and gave us the available hours so we could schedule our move to be there at the right time. Monica had confirmed our reservations. Joyce checked us in when we arrived, helped us complete all necessary paperwork and helped us get our 2 storage units set up with their locks. Then we were able to enter with the 2 big trucks, unload and lock up. Such a great experience from all of them ! We would certainly recommend this particular "Public Storage" location to our friends, neighbors and co-workers.
