Mariah was amazing even in the rain.

Okay I guess
For what I'm paying is cheaper than some others that i could find at the time, but I hate that I'm FORCED to pay a "renter's insurance" which now brings my bill up higher every month, the customer service representative was just rude and annoying most of the time I had questions or didn't understand something, I was located all the way in the back and the dollies are far too small and minimal, only reason I'm renting here is because it's cheaper than most.

From start to finish my experience with Public Storage was a great success. This was an unexpected event for me and I needed a storage unit quickly. The service person assisted me with some personal obstacles and made sure I had all the tools and resources I needed to move my items into my unit. I am thankful, grateful and appreciate the high level of customer service. The facility is very clean, well maintained and has a strong level of security. This is an easy in and out, I am very satisfied and can recommend with no hesitation. Thanks so much!

WOW Public Storage in Deerfield Beach, FL
WOW - had a great experience signing up online and then checking into a new Public Storage facility in Deerfield Beach, FL.
The staff was professional and friendly and assigned me a unit and gave me all of the relevant instructions, security codes, hours of operations, etc.
Payment by credit card is easy and automatic. Check out their online promotions. I got a discount and a free month of storage.
