Nice Storage Facility!

Everything about this storage facility was great: - Shirley very helpful with her smile . It's clean & secure, the selection of units, the location (you can drive in from one end & out the other without having to make a U-turn, moving trucks have easy access).Great prices, Shirley and location. Sheryl is such a sweet woman. Very helpful, friendly, always smiling, professional and always a pleasure speaking with. If there’s an issue, she resolved it as soon as possible. We absolutely love it here! Perfect location ... quiet for the most part ... and you have Peanuts aka Shell next door for whatever you may need!

Terrific Experience at this Facility

We only needed storage for a short time but the Shirley on hand at this facility was extremely helpful in picking my options, helping me figuring out the process and being there when I had any questions. You think storage is storage but it isnt and especially when it involves moving a home. Its personal and she had a great personal touch! Thank you! for making it easy and painless! I rented my unit Two weeks ago and I am very satisfied with the service I have received your employee there I believe her name is Shirley is fantastic even the first day I had called for directions and showed up hrs later she knew who I was and took me to my unit and went over everything.....it is employees like Shirley that make or break a company's reputation but with more people like Shirley in your company I know that Storage Zone is the only place that gets my business.....GREAT JOB Shirley keep the good work!!!!

Would rate higher but 5 stars the max can rate. Of all the storage facilities I have used in the past several years Storage Zone of Delray Beach takes TOP Honors. Shirley absolutely care about Customer Service it not just a slogan but a way of life. She always ready to assist no matter what . I really cannot say enough about how happy we are to store our unit at this facility.If you are looking for a place to store your extra things, I would highly recommend this location. Clean, professional service and friendly!. So I guess after all is said and done this is just the Very Best....PERIOD

The manager was by far the best part of this whole rental process. She took the time to explain everything in detail and she even took me on a tour of the facility and I came late she still waited to help me.She deserved the review. Greg is an excellent manager & was very helpful & kind to us. He made us feel safe & welcome! The only disappointment was this: We were quoted a monthly price of $59.99 a month. Then we came 2 weeks later to move in (as we told him we would) & the price went up to almost $75.00 a month. That was a big disappointment to us.

Very nice people, unit wasn't clean, but easily swept out.

The man who got us all set was extremely nice, showed us to our unit and made sure we were all set. However the unit hadn't been swept and the lock is a little rusty. The price was very competitive.

Out of the way and secure

Except for it not being swept out before I moved in, it was just what I needed. Shirley was very nice. During my hectic move, I learned that there was a heavy metal band right behind my unit. Good to know they have a safe place to practice!

I moved out of a storage unit that had a break-in. I had a couple of new items in the box that were stolen. So I was determined to find something better. That's what I found storage Zone on barefoot. The lady went over everything with me and you assured me on security there. I can't say that upon arriving into my unit it was not swept out like she had promised, but the space was just perfect for what I needed. It was a bit alarming to know that I was moved in right behind heavy metal band, but it's also nice to know that they have a safe place to practice. so far my experience as Barry
