Excellent facility and service; SpareFoot lacks pricing visibility

New facility, great features and excellent customer service. Introductory pricing rate is great but goes up quite a bit afterwards: SpareFoot did not make this clear. Also, insurance is added onto the rate, also making it higher than expected.

Fantastic Gorgeous establishment great service!

I am so happy I found Burlington online, I searched for a storage place close to my new tiny house, When I got there is was prestine and clean and the staff were super helpful, especially Scott what a friendly accommodating great guy, Scott went over and above to show me everything I needed and he even helped me pick out my storage locker and came with me and helped me with my new lock etc, You just don’t find employees like that anymore, I love going to fill my storage space just for the friendly smile and greeting of Scott, He is an asset to Burlington!

This facility is clean and the managers are beyond polite and extremely helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure you understand the process and choose the best size space for you. Very safe atmosphere. I would recommend this site to everyone.

Wow! I Love This Place!!

Was having trouble finding a decent storage unit for a fair price.Then I stumbled across this place.New name and facility to the area but was I in for a suprise.Great customer service,great price and a a Wow facility.Thanks to Burlington Self Storage,Big Name Self Storage companies now have a role model.
