Price

Quick and easy. Looked like the unit could have been swept out but other than that everything else was ok.

Check in too complicated

We stored a small boat trailer for 2 weeks and spent way too much time during the check-in process. The $24 admin fee was ridiculous along with the required insurance charge. Prior years process were much better before the new procedures were put in place
