Harassed by male employee

I was setting in my paid for unit, getting my clothes ready to take to the laundry and a male employee asked if I'm just setting there as if I was hanging out. I was there for less than 20 minutes. That same person called the police on a customer last week. I don't like explaining myself to strangers or being policed by aggressive employees. I may take my things nextdoor.

The facilities are impeccable.

I really liked the facilities and how the attendants take care of the customers. Plus the fact that there are constantly more than 1 attendant on location , which is more than any other storage places around the area.

Yes, I wish I was paying less, but it isn't unreasonable. The staff was friendly. I would have preferred if the the insurance requirement had been disclosed on the website. But when the guy called to confirm he let me know, so there was no surprise when I got there.
