Quick easy peasy

We rented a storage locker here May through July 2017. It worked perfectly. This is a very well run storage business, clean, and secure. Pat and Heather made it easy to sign up and get in and out. I recommend this storage business without hesitation.

Hmmmmmmmmm
I did not notice the cat urine smell when I was show my Storage unit. Every day since I have come and gone everyday I have had cat poop next to my door. Not happy with it at all . I went to my unit todayand found it Hal open so I went and saw pat . She told me she opened it. I still did not get a explanation. She told me I cannot sleep in the Storage. I get that but why was my Storage door up .she had no right to open it up . She said the lock was off so how does that make sense to leave my door to my Storage open. I think there is another way of doin this!? My lock was off so you open my door and leave it open Lol. What .

Slow service
The lock was not taken off of the AC storage. I asked the front desk to remove and 2 hours later the lock was still on. The front desk, Pat, appeared annoyed as she had to remove it.

My comment is I have no comment at this time. I am getting what I pay for . Safe Clean Storage for the items I put there. I will say that the Young man who manages this place is very corteous and helpful.

Team Jax Beach at Public Storage Rules!!!!
The Public Stroage at Jacksonville Beach is a Fantastic location run by true professionals!!! What a great team to help support your move. Monet & Travis are easy to work and are great to have in your corner during a stressful move. The review system Public Stroage Company has on Google is a ridiculous avenue for locations to get customers to use. Boycott the Google Review System!!!!
