Incredible management and very clean
This is a great facil and the manager was so flexible with me. I had been given a parking spot that was hard to back my camper in and the manager was willing to help me find a better spot.

I rented a 10x30 facility but, lost some space due to some vertical supporting columns which we are working around. Unfortunately it was their last unit of that size.

Absolutely love everything. Made my move so easy with the carts being available plus having an elevator. Otherwise I would have had to hire movers to help me move and I just don't have that type of money for I'm going through a very difficult, expensive divorce. So thank you so very much for being so helpful in every aspect.

Very neat and organized facility!
I would recommend this place to anyone. It is clean, security is good, storage area is just very nice! The only thing I don't like is that the storage units are very hard to find inside the building! Other then that, it hit home-run for me.

I've rented a storage from you'll before when u was u-store it years ago.
Goodmorning my experience Tuesday October 20th 2015 was very productive,fast,and professional Jimmy the store manager was very nice and helpful ,if I had to weigh my pro's and cons I would say the only con would be cube smart storage is a bit PRICEY other then thumbs up рџ‘Ќ

Everything has been fine except my access code has never worked. I have been unable to get in touch with anybody through the 800 number. I was able to guess a password and have been using it to access the facility.

Best experience you can really have with a storage company
From the beginning, the customer service team was nothing but helpful in handling my storage needs. They provided a highly detailed answer to all of my questions, and even help moved some of my belongings (totally wasn't expecting that). There's a 24-hour security system surrounding the building, which made me feel protected at all times. Really just a great experience.

real good. Though I ordered a unit online for $94 my kayak would not fit in the elevator. I ended up paying more for a bottom level unit. I do not remember that booking the unit online told me it was upper level.
