The Public Storage on Catoma Street is excellent! I highly recommend this location for all of your storage needs. Kiya and the rest of the staff there are all very friendly and helpful. The Summer Move-In special is a great deal...take advantage of it if you can!

I went to several places and this was the one that had friendly staff and very helpful. I was disappointed that the on line rate was not able to be used because it had expired the day before. I could not go home order on line and come back.

my "storage" experuance
The initial process was fine, staff very helpful, the unit was just what I needed, blah blah blah. Since then, I have been emailed twice, called twice, and this is the second "opinion survey" I have filled out. This is all starting to get very annoying. Please; do not contact me any more unless I'm late with a payment.

PUBLIC Storage was Great!!
I visited the unit for the first time and the guy (forgot his name) was very kind and informative. Some reps take offense when you question things in the contract but the guy (wish I could remember his name) was very kind and answered all my questions. So I hope they keep up the good work. Oh, and they also do great follow up. They reminded me my first payment was late with a friendly reminder (which was great because I had forgot in the midst of the move) . And they called shortly after I moved in to make sure all was well. I appreciate that! So again, keep up the good work Public Storage!

More than a storage center, more like a friend who stores things in their garage
