Great Storage Facility
Needed a unit to store one of my Porsche's and some motorcycles. Shauna showed me the right unit immediately which she held until I could sign up for a discounted price on line.

My experience with Public Storage has been wonderfully easy. The website was easy to maneuver and provided relevant information. The on-site facility is clean and secure. The staff is friendly and competent. I would definitely recommend them.

I continue to use and recommend this location due to the incredible service that myself and everyone that I recommend expresses the property manager Shauna always goes out of her way to accommodate and make both myself and my clients feel very comfortable. In all my years of dealing with storage facilities this is by far the best one ever. one of the main attractions to the property is the cleanliness and condition of both the office and the buildings which the storage units are in along with the outside property

Where to start? We have used this facility for the past 5 years and each time we come here we are treated like we are at a 5star resort and are welcomed back like a part of the family. The location is convenient and the facility is Immaculate. Shauna, Kristine and her team will make the process easy and stress free by explaining everything you need to know to protect and store your personal items. Anyone that is in need of storage I would highly recommend this particular location. 10 STARS++++to you and your team!!!!!

What an amazing experience I had at the public storage in Jupiter. Once I arrived I was greeted by Shauna. She was so nice and helpful. Any question I had, she had an answer. The place was so clean and well kept. The best public storage I have ever been to! I could not have asked for a better experience. Such great customer service. Grateful for this experience!

Storage Unit Military Trail north of Donald Ross
The lighting is BAD. I was at the storage unit at 5:55 pm last night and I could not see the lock, the slide closure to line it up. I will have to have someone with me AND a flashlight. I thought an automated outside light would come on once inside the gates. I am about happy about the insurance charge that was not given at time of initial call nor second call. I would have had documentation from my insurance co. USAA that my boxed stuff had coverage through my home owners policy. We are a loyal customer, we rented here for over 14 months prior to purchasing our home. I shouldn't have to pay the extra $11 insurance. This unit is being used for a HS fund raiser on a short time basis. Thank you for reading and making adjustments. Lisa Elbin
