First day move in issues.

9/2/'24. I moved my stuff into this unit on Saturday, August 31st., 2024. The first problem that I had was that I could not locate the unit because there are no signs stating that there are units on the back side of the last building near the fence. So I drove around the lanes three times trying to find the number. I finally figured it out after wasting ten minutes driving around in the heat. Once we got the unit loaded the slide latch would not close correctly because it was bent. So I had to go walk over to the office, in the heat again, and have the lady come out and show me how to wiggle the door up and down enough to get the latch to slide over, which probably should have been fixed before I got it, so I don't have to do that every time. Also I believe this is a company policy, but I really think it's a rip-off that I have to buy a new over priced lock every time you rent a unit. When you reserve a unit online, it doesn't give you an option to not have to buy the lock. I have 3 of these exact same locks from previous Cubesmart storage unit rentals over the last 5 years. So now I have four. Other than these three issues, so far it's a good value for the money.

Needed A Quick Reservation.....

I had to move on very short notice, therefore, I found the closest storage unit near me and I remembered this particular one because my family has been using them since I was a little girl. So I went online, browsed some, found what I needed, they called me to verify within minutes, and from a Thursday to a Sunday I had to keep rescheduling my reservation and they fixed it every time without an issue. My belongings are in great hands, and their unit options are really good. Personally, the pricing was a bit steep but not way over priced. Worth it! if you need a trusting environment and a safe one!
