I relocated from another state. I needed: a place where my trailer could be dropped and left overnight, a climate controlled storage, a first floor unit, and a facility close to my temporary residence. Midgard was the only place that not only met my needs, but exceeded my expectations. Tracey went above and beyond to find me the best deal without compromising convenience.

Has been almost 3 weeks to hear from management about refunding our money

Viera Midguard We called and reserved a 10x15 storage unit in advance. We were assured that we had a 10x15 unit reserved. We were also emailed a confirmation of the unit and date we were moving in. We were moving from a different state. We came to pay for it on a Friday. That following Monday we had our movers scheduled to store a lot of our belongings in the unit. When we got there to pay for the storage unit, Midgurad had rented the unit to someone else. There were no more units of that size left. We were told that a reservation does not gurantee that you will have a unit available. WHAT???? We had to rent two units (10x10 and 10x5) to make sure that everything would fit. This meant we had to pay twice for $30 administration fee and insurance. The movers came Monday and we were able to stuff everything into the 10X10 unit. That same day, we came to office and asked for our money back for the 10X5 unit since we no longer needed it or even used it. We have been waiting for over two and half weeks for someone to refund our money or place the money from the 10x5 to the other unit's rent. We have gone in at least five time and talked to the workers inside. They are unable to help us. The management has to refund our money for us. There is no one you can call that is a manager. Believe me we have tried. We keep hearing that the request for a refund has been made from the onsite workers but nothing has been done by management. We have asked serval times to have the workers tell their manager to call us. Crickets.......Nothing!!! This can be easily fixed if someone would just take the time to help us. We are very frustrated!!!

Great Choice

I have not rented a storage unit before. The employees were very helpful. All questions were answered. I was offered coffee or water, and the staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. This business is obviously very well managed. It is clean and secure. I was taken to the unit, given a card with my unit number and gate codes. I was very comfortable knowing assistance will always be available. This is THE storage place!

Incredibly poor attitude- Midgard Viera, FL.

I visited this facility a month ago and was told the availability and price for a 10X15 unit would be highly likely still available. I called today from my car after searching, “Midgard Viera”. Called the number which had the correct area code for Viera. Got a customer service rep who proceeded to tell me they had no availability for a 10X15. I explained that I was told otherwise and asked if I was speaking to the Viera location. They shared I was not and provided that number. Upon calling there I ran into the worst representative of Midgard that likely exists. I explained how I had called the number listed and she proceeded to tell me it was my fault for calling the wrong number and that they did have availability for a 10X15. I pointed out that there was a disconnect between what their call center shared and what she just told me. She asked me why I was being so difficult. So I shook that off because I liked the look of the facility and provided when I needed the unit. She then shared a price that was $70 a month above what I was quoted a month ago. From $200 - $270 a month! I asked how the price went up over 30% in one month. I suggested they be customer centric and charge me the price that was originally quoted. She said she was done with the conversation and hung up on me. I would’ve been a customer of theirs for easily 3 years. At this point wouldn’t store our belongs there for free. MIDGARD. If that was a store Manager, fire her! If a franchise owner, suggest you rethink who you associate with! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

The facility is set-up in an open manner, where I feel safe, being able to see all the way around. Staff was efficient and pleasant. Interior Units are well-lit and clean. More affordable than many of the more centrally located old and new storage facilities in the area.
