Clean unit, great service
Dinorah was wonderfully helpful and patient in explaining the leasing contract, showing us various units, deciding the best fit, and then loaning us a trolly for move in day.
I found the unit clean and with no mildewy smell (which I worried about).
Would recommend to anyone looking for storage units.

Great people at the front desk
Great people at the front desk, we have stored household items there before and great experience those times also. Easy access into and out, all on one level easy walking. It would be super great if you had a gate clicker for folks older then 70 to enter and exit the gates. They could be activated for the time they have rented, then deactivated so we don't have to leave the car to push buttons. Just an idea for the old folks that need to store a few things

My only concern is the gates don't...
My only concern is the gates don't close. I understand there was lightening that could have caused the problem. Other than that, the customer service was great and the cleanliness and orderly environment is very commendable!

The office staff is very pleasant and helpful, and are the only reason for more than one star.
The office staff is very pleasant and helpful. The facility needs some refurbishing. One exit gate has been not working for several days now. There should be a hand truck in every doorway access to the climate controlled sections. Instead there is only one for the building my storage unit is in--meaning only one for more than a hundred units. Today the one in my building was in use, so I had to find one in a building at the far end of the facility from mine and then push it across the outside pavement back to the building where my unit is. Pretty lame. Only one or two of the access and interior doors has a working door-stop attached to it. As soon as I can find a fully functional facility in the area I will be moving my stuff from Public Storage to a competitor.

After being given 30 days to vacate our existing storage due to them remodeling we had to find somewhere else, wanted something close to home, that was clean and affordable. Public Storage was the answer, went in today and was helped by Kelly and Rachael, looked after very well, was shown the available units and after selecting on the paperwork was easy and quick, the site is well maintained and very clean.

Great location and prices. The process for renting a storage unit was quick and easy. Was able to reserve the storage unit online and was assisted by Rachaele when I came to sign the paperwork. I was able to see the unit and sign the paperwork in 20 minutes.

Not so flexible
Store front is only.open till 6pm on Friday eve. My moving company really stepped up and had to pay for my storage unit because I was feverishly driving to the facility from Ocala after a very long day of loading the moving truck. It worked out, but stressful process!!

Excellent Facility and Service - but a tad expensive...
The facility is excellent, clean, well maintained, pretty secure. The indoor spots are perfect, well light, secure, and very clean. The out door spots are a bit less so, but still pretty good. The cost is rather high, however, and they require insurance (which is smart to have in stormy Florida), but that's also rather expensive (although no higher than comparable insurance from State Farm, my homeowners carriers...). The people who work there are great, very polite, and very helpful. If not for the price, I would have no reservations about 5/5 stars...

Clean, Convenient & Excellent Service
It was a pleasure to work with the folks at the Public Storage facility located at the corner of Wickham Road and Suntree Blvd. I have used other storage facilities over the years and this one was, by far, the cleanest and easiest to access and use. The staff/management were always courteous, helpful and available when I called. I am moving out before the end of this month, but will be back if my storage needs change. R. Riehl Melbourne, Florida
