Came through in a very bad time
I was leaving a domestic nightmare, and was completely beside myself when I showed up to rent my locker.
Ashley that works there is an absolute gem and I hope management is taking care of her so she stays.
With out explaining it all, let me just say that Ashley turned my whole day around and helped me move forward at a time when I was stuck!
The customer service I received when I was truly down and out, was so appreciated!

Great storage facility near me!
Ashley was very professional, informative and personable. While showing me the unit my reason for wanting a climate control unit came up. She informed me that I had rented a non climate control and rented me a larger size that was. The size I wanted had no climate control. As it happened I needed the larger size.

Clean unit and very convenient location.
The facility was in a convenient location and was clean and had easy access. The price was a little high for a non-climate controlled unit but considering that there were almost no units available for miles around we were fortunate to be able to find one.

Friendly cust service, great hours of operation.
Very friendly customer service. Open on Sunday which is very convenient for me. The subfloor of the storage unit is wood and has a lot of screws sticking up out of it. Don't slide your furniture across the floor. Major complaint is theirs two levels of height on the thresholds from the parking lot to inside the storage unit. Makes it very hard to get things in and out specially heavy items. Other than that everything else was fine
