Quick reservation and convenient location
So happy to find a traditional drive up storage unit that doesn’t charge an arm and a leg to rent. The pricing is perfect and the location is very convenient for me as it’s on my way to/from work and convenient even on my days off. 10/10 recommend!! Thank you

Customer Service Issue
Got hung up on when asking to speak to supervisor about a lock issue.. There was a green label tag not a blue one as told but as instructed on way to take off.

Great Value
Can’t beat the cost. The storage space was clean. Had trouble locating the place. Getting an email from Sparefoot rather than SpareBox was confusing. There wasn’t anyone on site. Customer service over the phone was helpful, though.

Price was good place is very clean. The biggest problem I had was once I finally got threw the check in the gate code given was no good so called and after being on hold forever I got a temporary code to get in and get out hope my code works today

Locked Out Of Unit Main Door
No one seems to know who the property manager is or how to get a hold of them. I drove 40 miles out of my way to drop some things off on 3/4/22. Ridiculous.

Extremely Frustrating
I made my reservation online, successfully. I go to the kiosk after making contact with the company to reassure that my reservation was approved. (It was). Kiosk gets to a point and doesn't allow me to go any further. I then complete the info online to get a unit. Finally achieve that and I go and try to find the unit. Apparently there are two different areas (on different roads about a block away) that I had no idea was there. I figured that out by calling the place again and them telling me it was on a different road. Meanwhile, BOTH gates to both areas are wide open, so no need to put in a code. Furthermore, I finally find "my" unit just for it to have a red tag on the lock part. (Supposed to have a green one). So I tell the person on the phone that and they talk with the manager. But after all that. I asked for a refund. Way too much trouble. Also, the units are smaller than they actually are supposed to be. I tried to rent a 10x15 and it appeared as if it was a 10x10, which wouldn't work anyway!
It was just a really messed up situation. I didn't like having absolutely no property management. The storage units themselves don't appear as if they have been taken care of either. Just overall a bad experience.
I will add that they did refund me my money back, so that was a positive.

Climate control is worrying some, but clean and easy.
Recommend better signs to direct new people, need s site map. We found the main door to ours at # 11 standing open and never heard an air conditioner. We paid for climate control. Humidity and temper changes could damage my photos, canvas, etc.

Simple and efficient
It was simple and easy to book this storage unit. My favorite part was the customer service when I initially called to check out their pricing. The rep was friendly and personable and helped me on deciding what size I'll need and even talked me into getting a unit a bit smaller then what I was wanting and he was right! Everything was done by kiosk after that so just a heads up there but so far so good overall.

Clean Unit
Only negative about the storage facility is that there’s no on site employee to show you where your unit is (there’s multiple sites in bluewater bay), or cut the “lock” that they place on all the vacant rentals. Called to figure out where the heck the unit was and was told I would get a call back from a remote employee. All is well though.

Horrible management
After driving the moving truck into the facility that stated it was open until 730pm. I got there at 630pm and checked in via kiosk. Kiosk gave me a unit number but there were no directions on how to get to unit, no explanation that the unit was in an annex building. We searched the property but couldn't find the unit. Called 800 #, they didn't know what the place looked like so he couldn't tell me where to go. He said he would have property management call me; this was at 645/650pm. Then about 7pm someone shows up stating that he is there to close the property because they close at 7. I told him my reservation says 730 and he argued back saying he's been working there for years and it's always been 7. I showed him my reservation and text messages stating facility was open until 730p. I asked him where the unit was so we can start unpacking as we have been waiting already. He had to call someone else to get us inside the property due to him already closing the gate. I still haven't heard from the property manager.

Nice business with one big problem that finally was resolved.
I was told that an on site manager would meet me to set up the rental. I made a reservation. I was told that a manager would call me in 20 minutes. No call was ever received.So, I called back.
That "fact" was verified in a second call. I was assured someone would be there. The site was actually completely unmanned.
There were no instructions, nor even a mention of setting up a rental on the kiosk in instructions even with a reservation number. I had to make another call to the company & they set it up on the phone then.
It was very frustrating.
Once I got past the initial misinformation, I found the storage site and the unit very nice.

Hard to find at first
I guess the facility I rented from has only been owned by you for 3 weeks. The rental unit is not where the kiosk is which was very confusing. I called customer service and they were not in town and said someone would get right back to me. That never happened. Found a guy on the premises that was changing all the locks and he told me about the facility down the road that was now yours. I still didn’t have a unit number yet. Called customer service again and the lady was most helpful and set me up. Took longer than I would have liked. All set now.
