Decent price
Everything was fine , they were understanding about us changing our reservation . We got the code and the truck and everything and when we went back at night , our code didn't work . We called and talked to someone nice but they were in the headquarters location or something in a different state. So they said they called the property manager but that they didn't answer. We ended up getting in bc some nice guy let us in. It was a huge hassle and when someone finally called us back at least 30 minutes later we had already left . She offered to come back to the facility even though it was closed but at that point it was moot. Also, sidenotre, at check in she didn't want to give me my first month free which was the entire reason I chose this particular storage unit place. She ended up doing it because I was posies. So overall I'm sure it's usually a better experience but ours wasn't that good.

Easy to check in, unit was clean, employees were very friendly and professional. Wish the price was less and open longer hours.

Amazing customer service, efficient intake
If I could give 10 stars for the friendly staff I would. I was in and out in no time. The contract was easy to understand, and the unit easy to access. They worked with me for weekend access after hour. My experience thus far have been very pleasant.

Friends you didn't know you had
We went through SpareFoot for our storage unit because we got a good deal: and, we had no idea where to begin in terms of searching for storage units. For us, it was just something to cross off our moving list; when we went in to sign the paperwork and get our keys, we didn't imagine we'd be standing there for 20 minutes after the fact, joking and conversing with Parish, the manager. She is a sweetheart, and willing to help you out however she can within her means. When she took us to our unit, she apologized profusely because she didn't realize the floor hadn't been swept from the last tenant - we didn't care - but despite our protests, she went ahead and cleaned it out anyways. She gave us tips on reducing the stress of moving, and recognizes us whenever we pop in through the gate. She knows almost everyone by their first name - I haven't been to a business like that in a long time. We may not keep our unit for long, but when we need another one, Personal Mini Storage is where we're gonna go.

I'm not happy with the management,
The lady toke 2 hours to find a vacant storage an to do paper work.
They moved me from the one that I booked for 52$ to other one for 72$.
The lady was rude.bad experience.
I don't recommend this location.

Came at a bad time. There was an auction going on so sign up took a very long time. But the girl offered me a month free for the long wait. Which was greatly appreciated. All over was not bad. Will recommend.
