Reservation online

The facility at first told me they couldn’t honor my online reservation, so I called SpareFoot who couldn’t understand why not. Finally, the desk person called someone to show them how to do it and it finally went through. They really need more help in the office. I had to wait a long while when she was on the phone, then someone walked in while she was helping me and she stopped helping me to help him. I had to voice my complaint, as I had already waited for her to help someone on the phone and she didn’t stop to help me all that time. Inside the facility there is lots of debris and I witnessed some water damage in one of the ceilings. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Storage rentals

Lots of complications with using online reservations. It was finally ironed out and I was able to get the online price
