the unit is a good price and in a decent location. insurance was a bit more expensive than competitors, and the gate hours weren't as long though.

Great Value. Best prices. My climate control unit was having AC issues. Because of cool weather, decided to move my stuff in anyway and was promised if the AC was not repaired by Nov 1st (a week), I would be compensated a percentage for November. I really appreciate that kind of customer service.

pricing was great, customer service not so much.
I called for pricing and was told because I am a AAA member I would get a 1st month discount. When I got to the facility the customer service rep was RUDE and told me no discount could be applied

Their low price brought me here.
They do not yet have carts to borrow. So we had to carry every item to our storage unit. That is needed. The attendant said they will have them.
