Over-the-top customer service!!!
I was pushing time to get to the facility so I called her back to let her know I was coming just battling traffic & I'd be cutting it close to her quittin time for the day. It was an extremely stressful day, beyond hot outside & I didn't have any help. So the cheerful voice on the other end was so reassuring & not stressing me about the time at all. I ended up getting there 15 min b4 she had to go. She was ready & waiting. She greeted me with a big smile & said see you made it in plenty of time!! She was a sweetheart & made a bad stressful day so much better. I can't rave enough about her. She has an amazing personality & a Beautiful smile that heard & definitely seen. Thank you so very much for your help & turning my frown of a day inside down & ending it so much better than it started. You're the peaches & the cream in my story 🥰

Great facility
Chose this place due to recommendations from friends and having the temperature controlled option. The mechanism that holds the door open was broken when I moved in but otherwise it has been great.

Unit holds more than u think it will.
Carts readily available.
Climate controlled.
Customer service was great.
Bring a lock or u will have to buy one.(but it is a really good lock, so not disappointed)
Bring ur own insurance or u will have to buy theirs.

Kudos to Kenny!
I had reserved my unit on-line. When I arrived at facility I was impressed with the general appearance, it was clean and well kept, the office area was attractive. I was extremely impressed by the Manager, Kenny. He answered all of my questions in a friendly, professional manner.
The only negative was when I started to move my belongings to the storage there weren't any rolling carts available so I had to make numerous trips back & forth from my car, to elevator, to unit. When I returned with my second load, there were several carts available which made the process seamless.
I would recommend this storage facility to friends.

Quick, Easily Understood & Affordable
1 hour and 15 minutes to closing time. Needed a unit. Made online reservation, went to facility. Manager explained everything clearly, 10% off also for booking online, month to month, move in now!

Well worth it
A bit pricey , but the clean and secure building is worth spending more money on. I rented a shed at the dump across the street and was stolen from twice. No lights , no cameras , and owner doesn't care.

Great price for space in this area!
We had been looking for a storage unit for quite some time and then we were fortunate to come across icube for a great price right when we needed it. The customer service is excellent and I was pleasantly surprised to see an elevator. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Very professional, courteous & Knowledgeable
I was greeted with a smile and eagerness to help me even though I came in right before closing time on a Saturday. Both ladies took their time with me to show me my space and explain the procedures even when their software crashed and they had to do my lease manually. They teamed up and while one lady showed me to my unit and was giving me instructions on the door key pass the other lady was manually doing my lease. They definitely take pride into their work and knows the meaning of the customer comes first.
