Very clean and friendly staff
Great facility and the staff was super friendly. I originally reserved a smaller unit and when I got there and realized it was to small the staff was great about showing me the next size which was perfect! My only complaint is they have a lot of hidden fees which makes the price more than what you think you will be paying. Over all a good experience

Traveling most of the Time, while our home рџЏЎ is in Pompano Beach, Florida - we needed a place to store our Trailer.
Reserved online, within minutes District manager called to confirm details and told me he’d reserve the end spot for easy parking and dropping of trailer. Arrived, signed paperwork, set up auto-payments, learned security keypad and parked. All in less than 30 mins.

They honored their advertised special at 50% with no issue, price was fair.
I had a horrible experience with Extra space storage, in less of 30days teaser advertised rate was doubled. Insurance was very high, and facility was just mediocre. Very pleased with Top Shelf storage, the manager Galo was very helpful and courteous.

honesty is not their best policy
I needed a storage space quickly one Sunday afternoon so I picked these guys. Because I was in a hurry I could not talk about the special they had going on that was about to end so a man named Aries or something like that told me He would extend me the month matching sale if i called the next day. I told him that I would have to at first talk with my wife and would call back. this sale that was about to end is still going oh by the way. At any rate my wife and I decided to get a year long contract and repeatedly tried contacting them to no avail. Then after a month of no return calls or e-mails I finalally get a hold of Aries and said he talked to corperate and I would be able to get the special but it would have to be much smaller and up a hallway. This after I got a lot of things that will not fit up a hallway. To put ti simply, they suck ass.

WHAT A GREAT PLACE AND BUSINESS TO DEAL WITH
I was very well-treated, the paperwork was quickly done, the information provided was under very brief and concise manner without delays, in addition to the price which was better than many of storages around the same area. The spot provided was an excellent conditions, very clean , even being an outside unit without air-conditioning. In brief, a very good deal and I will definitely be recommending them to friends.
