Amazing Experience

I am so glad I found this storage facility. From the time I walked through the door, Ray and Terry provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service. My moving day started out hectic, but this staff made my storage process a breeze and I am so grateful. My climate-controlled unit was ready for me, and the entire facility was clean inside and outside. No worries. Thank you, Life Storage Team!

Excellent Experience!!!

This is a really nice facility. I have visited their location several times, and it’s never too crowded with people. I particularly enjoyed the assistance from Ray Dominquez, one of the representatives there. Ray is professional, he’s focused, and he has a great sense of humor. When you speak with Ray, you feel as if you have known him for years, and I believe that’s because he really cares about the customers. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Military Friendly

I must say that the pricing for this facility was definitely cheaper than others around the same area. The loan of the truck was very helpful and an added bonus I didn’t realize they offered. Ray was awesome and took the time to explain everything and show me my space. Will definitely recommend to others.

Ray and Victoria were pleasant, professional, friendly, helpful, and authentic! They provided all the necessary information for my move-in experience. Ray was so helpful and patient in directing me on using the lock and placing my vehicle in the unit.

Fast service

It was very easy or me to book the storage unit and visit it before moving my things there. Victoria , the customer service agent was very good and helped me out with all my questions. I wish I had 24x7 access. The service is open only until 10PM. Otherwise everything else was good. Thanks.

Easy access reasonable price

The price is was what made check it out. It’s convenient and easy access. My only complaint is the taxes and insurance were not included in the quote. Since that is a recurring charge it adds up, and should be disclosed up front. Other than that it was a pleasure doing business
