9 years of storage at this facility and never a problem or an issue.
I live out of state so not being in the area was never a problem. Peter and Helen were there from the beginning to assist and everything was in order and remained in order. Peter is a terrific manager and whenever I called, he responded with good information and was very reassuring. Helen has moved onto another location and she is just terrific and supportive.
I was very lucky to have nothing to worry about for 9 years of storage that contained valuable items. Good pricing too!

Nice and clean
Nice facility. The only problem that I had was when I was moving stuff in on Saturday, all the carts were being used and there was no place for me to back in since both bays were being used. Also, the people that were unloading a truck full of stuff were in the same isle as I was and it made it nearly impossible for me to move stuff in and out of the hallways. This is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

Inside Storage in Tampa.
Storage facility is clean. The only issue is security cover over the unit is missing which is a concern. I noticed the other units have one but not my section.

Everyone at Oldsmar storage is friendly and will do all that they can to help you get into the storage unit you need. The facility is clean easy to navigate. . Operation hours are convenient and security is good. The pricing is upfront with no hidden fees or blind charges. Month by month rental with no long term lease commitment. We moved from another facility that had ZERO customer service, and was completely overpriced! This was such a refreshing change!! The unit was priced fairly, and the customer service from both Helen and Dennis was way above par!! We think we are going to like it very much!
