Facility is very clean. Prices are reasonable. Customer service is excellent. They even have free bottles of water for customers. The only problem I had was that I was told I was assigned a certain unit when I went to check the facility, but when I arrived to check in they had given me a unit MUCH farther from the elevator than what was promised. When I discovered this and complained, they moved me to a closer unit. They said the system assigned the unit, so be sure to check this when you check in.

Honestly Best Decision EVER!

I rented two lockers at this location, a 5x5 and a 10x10 in March. I needed to declutter our house to put it on the market. I was pleased with the ease of access to my pickup truck. My 2nd floor 10x10 space was 70 paces from the freight elevator. This facility is well lighted. Motion turns on the lights as you go down the halls. They provide lots of carts. The temperature control is great. The highest I saw on the thermostat was 78 degrees, but more importantly, is the humidity control. After four months there was no rusting or mold on my stuff. This place is clean and I felt it is very secure for my most valued possessions. Since this is a new facility they have great pricing compared to other facilities in Titusville. I rented for four months and have no regrets or complaints.

David and Amber were amazing! They took the time to sell me the last 10x15 last month and someone had moved out and they knew I wanted to be upfront closer to the door and their prices are phenomenal! They were able to get me up from within feet from the front door with a deluxe 10x15 and this facility is always kept clean and tidy and the fact they offer free carts is just the cherry on top! If you are able and want to rent I would do it fast they are the best in town!

It was so easy and quick to get a unit. I did everything online, received a text with my code and unit #. When I got there we found it very clean and safe. We went to my unit and found the lock that they provided inside my unit (I paid online instead of trying to find one to fit). Very pleased so far!

I had the pleasure of dealing with David which I believe to be the Manager and he was so attentive, professional and thorough that I knew I selected the right place to store my belongings! He took the time to show me the units and the best option for me. The temperature was great and the units impeccably clean. David pointed out the location of the restrooms for our convenience. We choose the location that was best for my needs and proceeded with the move in. During the process David again went above and beyond and offered us bottled water which we gratefully accepted! Great Space

My wife and I needed a storage place for our furniture and "stuff" after selling our house. We found out that SecureSpace was finally available and we took advantage of it. We needed a storage unit very quickly when we found out we sold our house and had to be out in five days. We were so glad to learn that SecureSpace was open and ready to take customers.
