Unit dimensions different than advertised
Unit was advertised as 10x15. Ended up being 12x12.5 with a corner taken up by a concrete pillar and a steel post in another corner reducing the usable space

best price in town!!!
I searched all over for the best priced unit. I almost settled for something else before I came across this deal. Rates were better than anywhere around even for units without a/c! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facility feels safe and secure. So glad I found this place!! The only thing they could improve on is having more carts to move your stuff (however if customers put them back where they belong this would not be an issue)

Good customer service and attention to detail
I got my storage unit in the morning and went to drop everything off at night while their offices were closed, the code for the elevator wasn't working so I called customer service and they gave me an emergency one which worked great, then when I went into my unit they didn't take off the lock so I had to call customer service once again and they got in touch with the local manager who kindly came in less that 20 minutes to take care of it. So they helped us in a timely manner I liked that.

Great for our family storage needs!
We're downsizing and the 4th of July promo could not have been any less than perfect timing! Jerry was on top of his game and gave us all info we need. The facility is nice and clean. We got a unit that has a high ceiling (more than 8 ft) which is what we need for some high shelves we have to store. Thanks, Jerry! Thanks, CubeSmart!

Staff is friendly. My complaints about this facility are the following: 1) Bathroom should be kept unlock, after all you need a code to get into the facility so it's only your customers that would be using it. 2) Need more push carts. Almost every time I went I had to go all over looking for one. That is not how I want to spend my time after moving all day. 3) Facility needs trash cans. One for cardboard and another for simple trash. 4) Truck is too small and it is not "free" if you're going to charge $.50 per mile after 50 miles. The positives: 1) Friendly and helpful staff. 2) Clean 3) Easy paper work
