Great service, clean, and feel safe when I'm using my unit

The gentleman at the front desk is awesome. The unit is clean. Restroom is clean and supplied. Very appreciated when working in storage unit. And I feel safe and secure when I'm in there dealing with my unit thank you guys for a great job

Clean, organized, well-kept facility. Price is a little high but worth it!

Very clean and organized spaces, easy to get in & out. Secure. Is a little on the expensive side for storing a simple covered trailer at $100 per month but it does reflect the overall standards of this facility. Overall, I would recommend to others.

We got poured on , got drenched. Couldn't lock the unit. Had to call the next day . He put on a padlock. Till I can get back over there. Having trouble getting a ride to the unit , I don't drive. Catherine Glass

Friendly customer service!

It’s actually a funny story how I came across Storage King. My mom had spoke to someone about me looking for a storage unit & a man called me, explained who he was & how he got my information. He talked to me about the rental location, hours, and rates. He even took my reservation over the phone (this was a Sunday evening) & told me that everything was set for me to call back on Monday, which I actually stopped by. The woman at the desk was just as friendly and cordial.

Amazing Customer Service

I had a reservation for Sept 18th and I decided to go a week early to see what they needed as I was renting a storage for a vehicle. The first time I met a guy who was really friendly and provided me all the information I needed to have a smoothly "move-in". The date of my reservation I met the manager and she was great also. The office and the storage unit was super clean and ready for my car :)
