Elevators don’t work
I reserved a unit online but wasn’t made aware that one elevator has been down for over a month and the other gets stuck on the 4th floor. Imagine my surprise learning upon move-in that I would have to climb 4 flights of stairs. Needles to say I’m finding another storage facility and seeking a refund.

Easy to use faculty, friendly customer service

Not the best
We got stuck on the elevator. The staff was unable to assist. We had to pry ourselves out. Each time we have been there after hours, there's been odd characters lingering outside the facility. If I knew what I know now, we wouldn't have went with this facility or storage company at all.

Better than average facilities in area.
Marie at the front desk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Faculty clean and relatively welll maintained. Only beefs are the terrible floats/moving carts. Wheels have flat spots, diameter is too small to bridge gap between elevator and floor( causing me to break an antique plant stand when it violently slammed to a halt) the smart wheels ( the ones that pivot) were on the wrong end of the cart on half the carts and the bed in one cart had sheared off a section which made it dangerous. Other gripe are the nesting birds shitting on your stuff in the unloading bay. Advise new carts and bird proofing loading bay after nesting season.

Great spot just outside main loop, easily accessible, and amazing staff.
The staff was extremely helpful, nice, and welcoming. Unit was easily accessible, and loading docks easily maneuverable with a large truck or moving vehicle.

It's gets the job done
CubeSmart has well-priced, spacious units, however, the units are not gated as many storage areas are. Instead, tenants are provided a code to access the elevators to the units. This is an acceptable alternative, but also inconvenient when moving in and out as you need to re-enter the code every time you want to call the elevator. They do not provide bulk trash disposal (furniture, etc.) nor do they have relationships or contracts with companies in the city that can provide that service. Tenants leave bulk trash despite this and are fined $100, though this is obviously a sign that it is needed at such an establishment.

Front desk manager was very friendly and informative
Cubesmart is easily addressable and the space was adequate and clean..The manager explained the process thoroughly and toured me around the facility to ensure that i was familiar with the procedure of getting in and out of my unit..

Seems like a great space!
Everything was relatively easy and once you have a unit, getting access and load-in is easy. My only issue is that they only have one staff member on duty and I had to wait a long time for them to be available.

Excellent Experience
Pricing, location and the staff are all excellent. Brad made the process one of the easiest I have had the pleasure had to take part in with moving, especially considering the entire move was a last minute plan with about 2-3 days notice for them. Before Thanksgiving. On top of all of this, it was all handled over the phone from 900 miles away making this also the most accommodating facility I have ever used. All in all, if you are looking for great service and friendly folks willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible, then I can not recommend this place enough.

I like to price things out in advance, so I was annoyed that the "free moving truck - except for gas" is actually a "10$ moving truck - plus gas". I don't mind paying it, but it annoys me on principle.

Nice facility, Great Customer Service
We needed a nice place to store dorm gear for the summer between semesters and though it's a bit further from campus (15 vs.10mins) than other options, CubeSmart had a great student rate, high quality units that are super clean and most impressive, the Manager, Brad Linden is great to work with. He called w/in hours of me making the online reservation to confirm details and better understand my needs. Once on site, he was super helpful, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. While security is good - codes, cameras, locked doors, there's no security gate. Insurance is required adds to the monthly cost. Overall excellent customer experience and I'm pretty particular about customer service! Thanks, CubeSmart!

Good facility, great security, really nice
Only 2 employees, so the wait was long to just get helped but the manager was really nice. Strorage area is secure, but being that I'm from here, don't go at night! Or at least be cautious. Clean facility, and the price is ok being that's it's near downtown, glad I lucked up on spare foot!
