Nobody was there
Moved in on a Friday at 3PM, in the middle of operating hours. Tried to enter the front office but nobody was there. The keypad to gain access to the front office was broken so I couldn't enter the code. I waited for 30 minutes. I was not able to use a cart (stored in the front office) to move my stuff and had to carry everything to my unit. After 15min of hauling, still nobody was there.

Great experience setting up my account: I did everything online in less than 10 minutes. All my entry codes and map had been sent via email as well as through the app.

Woman who checked me in was great!
Woman who checked me in was great and very helpful. I came back with questions and she answered them all. I was stressed and she was patient with me and I appreciated her kindness. Wish I could remember her name to give her kudos! Only gave 4 stars due to availability of units and location of the unit itself but customer service was excellent. Much better than another storage facility (a little further up on Piedmont for those who want know).

there were no dollys anywhere to use...
there were no dollys anywhere to use which made it very difficult to move my things into storage. Also the prices are very high so hopefully I won't have to keep my stuff in storage long

Great experience on the website and with the initial check-in and walk through from the staff. The only frustration was my unit was right beside a loading dock but the door was broken so I had to pay my movers to go the long way which cost me $.

This location really works with you and has beyond excellent customer service. As a college student they really aided me in my scheduling of payments and so much more. They were a breath of fresh air ad their storage facilities are VERY clean. I would recommend this location to anyone.

My husband and I stopped by today to check out our new unit and unload some of our stuff. We spoke to Keshia and she was absolutely wonderful. She was smiling the whole time and chatted easily with us as we filled out paperwork and toured the facility. The last time we used a storage space we were rushed through the contract with little room for questions or conversation. Keshia's attitude made me feel a lot better about leaving personal possessions in their care.

Went there to purchase supplies to pack for relocation and Jacqueline took to the time to help me figure out just what I needed. Only had one small box unused. Keshia joined in and helped as well. They even help cart to to and pack my SUV! Outstanding, friendly and fun service!

Friendly staff and easy check in. They will try to upsell you on boxes, supplies, etc, but not a whole lot of pressure. Very professional and cordial. Only surprise was mandatory insurance requirement which I wasn't made aware of until signing paperwork. This adds between $11 and $15 per month to your rental -- so just be aware. Also, you need to know that you must pay for an entire month's rent, even if you need to move out the first week of the month. I rented mine on Sept 8th, hoping for 2 months (Sep 8th - Nov 8th), but I was told I need to pay the prorated amount for September, then a full month for October, and a full month for November. Again -- not a dealbreaker, but you should be aware going in. I like the gated security (with individual access codes), and the hours for access are acceptable. Overall, it has been a positive experience so far.
