The facility is clean. Smells like mothballs in the elevator but overall a nice facility. The full promotion details should be listed on the website or in writing clearly visible because I was not aware it ended after 6 months.

Moved in on 01/04/15 and 2 days later I go to put additional items in my storage and I came across a possum in my unit. Its apparent they have a pest problem because when I moved in they were having an issue with customers complaining about it then

Very pleasant - good customer service - did not agree with unexpected insurance charge - insurance charge should be included in the advertised price - actually paying $12 more per month price - not really getting much of a deal - advertised price is not accurate

I just moved some stuff in yesterday and I found my experience very pleasant I agree with the first comment its a little tricky finding the place they need signs and map-quest says its on Anderson Farm and its on Old Anderson Farm but other than that I find it to be a good storage unit and I feel its a safe place to keep my belongings.

Excellent storage facility. The location is a bit hard to find based on the GPS and no sign on the main road where it says it is located. I drove around several times until I found it. They need better signage.
