Fred is amazing!!!
Fred made my experience very VERY easy. Such a welcoming atmosphere all around. Would recommend to anybody looking for extra storage. Fred will take care of you! Units/full space are very clean and the pricing per month is worth it.

SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE RATS!!!
DO NOT RENT A UNIT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They have a rat infestation at store #151 4427 Tilly Mill Road Doravillle GA 30360. All of my property was damaged. I have damage to chairs, holes in boxes the size of two large grapefruits, bedding that is shredded to pieces, and droppings every where!!!
As I go to write this review I find that this issue has been reported more than 9 months ago. This is absolutely unacceptable as a facility to have not treated or notified tenants of the problem. Now, my entire's life worth of things are ruined and irreplaceable. The store manager was not empathetic at all and was not helpful. I am in tears as I write this review. If I could leave no stars at all I absolutely would. Please save your items and yourself a heartbreak by doing yourself a favor by not storing here or any life storage facility for that matter!

Excellent experience for first time using storage facility
I'm so glad I found Life Storage through Spare Foot. It was an easy process finding a storage space to fit my storage needs and to reserve such space at an affordable rate with perks such as a free month of storage. After reserving the space through Spare Foot, I received helpful confirmation emails. Then, move-in day went smoothly with a kind, helpful and informative staff member at Life Storage, Cevon Virgo. I was able to assess my storage unit and store my belongings as needed, all within 24 hours. This was a great experience, especially since this was my first time using a storage unit. Thankful I found Spare Foot & Life Storage. Everything worked out great.

Rat infested location
This location is infested with rats. A report was done by cbs-atlanta. the costomer service is terrible and the management of this property is non-exsistant.
