Not Much Notice PS!
I downsized my unit in December 21. I was told that the door to my new unit was malfunctioning and I'd be contacted when it was fixed. I was also told i had to be out of our current unit by December 31. I didn't get a call that the door had been fixed until December 31 at 10:30 AM leaving me about 8 hours to move all of our stuff. On New Years Eve. To honor our commitment I spent about 8 hours on New Years Day (a holiday) with my two sons moving our items. Very disappointing.

Absolutely the best experience with amazing customer service, many options to choose from, helpful customer service folks with outstanding support. We dealt with Curtis at the Marietta GA location, and he was great! Actually still is great, as he helps me every time I go!

We were extremely happy with how easy Public Storage was. And I was even more happy when we pulled up to the door and had a wonderful flat cart to load things onto to take to the unit! Amazing! Thank you so very much for making this time so much easier.

Clean and safe!
I am downsizing our home and Public Storage is perfect! In the morning I load my car and after work I drop my stuff off. Easy to get in and out. Extremely clean and friendly. I feel so much better that I can know see the back of my closets!

One great fascility
The location we used was excellent: new, indoor storage units, very clean, great people at the front desk. When choosing storage, check out the fascility before committing, I think each location is different.
