Nadia helped me on a billing issue very quickly.
My monthly was going up on April 1st. Since October 2021 the rate would have risen 54%. I called the facility and talked with Nadia and she was able to resolve the problem very quickly. Nadia was very efficient and very nice to talk to.

It's been a couple days but the lady that helped me was great (sorry can't remember your name). I would have given 5 stars but my unit did not have a light and it had a water leak which I was okay with because there was no other unit that size available.

Great Service and Price
The customer service experience was great. It was evident that matching me with the appropriate unit for my needs was more important than just selling me the most expensive thing available. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing was unrivaled by any other storage companies. Will definitely recommend them to friends.

The manager who gave us the unit for rent I give 5 stars !! She was awesome and went above and beyond to help us.The reason I gave 4 stars was due to the lock that was purchased for the unit. I think it should be made stronger I really do, we have to get insurance , but o still feel for the price we should have better locks. But overall Ian pleased of my belongings wouldn't be stored there, so thank you public store she keep up the good work , and give your employee a raise I think her name was lowlands she was awesome and really on her job.
