Drop the ball / terrible experience
I needed a space to store my vehicle on the outside. I paid for a 10x20 she sex that's what I needed . When I went to takey car to the space the gave me a inside space .no car can be stored there . It was a wrong space.

Hours of access are horrible.
I’ve never heard of a storage space that is only accessible during regular office hours (9-6). This is terrible for my schedule as I work regular business hours. I would NEVER recommend this place because of that. They won’t even allow you to unload after 5:30.

Public storage does not value their customers
I've been a customer with Public storage since 2013. I was renting a 10x15 unit and Public storage continued to increase the price every 6 month. It was a $30 increase or more, not just a $10 or $15 increase. They do not value loyal customers or want to keep long term customers. This caused me to downsize my unit.

People at this location very nice

I reserved 2 units and had to rent...
I reserved 2 units and had to rent another -- the prices on the web and the call I made are different then what I had to pay. It was too late to cancel because I had movers coming and no time to change -- this was not the best experience at all

Have maintained a storage unit at this location for many years. The staff have been some of the most friendly, helpful and professional people I have worked with. They are always willing to go out of their way to meet my needs with storage location and size. Kailan is a great asset to the business. She really cared about me as a tenant and was genuinely interested in helping me manage any storage issues that might arise. I highly recommend this location.

Expect to deal with a rude manager and other staff worker. The Manager was never friendly and acted like she never wanted to be there. The other woman spoke to my partner an I as if we were her children, like calling herself our mom, or saying, "Honey Bunnies." It came off as rude and disrespectful.
Other than the staffs attitude, the facility is lit well, odd hours but always had parking in the lot. We chose this public storge because it was in the middle of our two homes as we moved. Just note that they bill the 1st of every month, regardless of the set up date. We were in and out with our belongings in two weeks.

Really nice, clean, "safe," & well-lit property. Staff is extra friendly and go over and above the call of duty to assist its customers. Very thorough and detail in explaining contract agreement. Gives a friendly/courteous reminder/call about your account.
I'd like to give a BIG "thank you" to Ms. Tiwauna at this location. She really showed how much she cares about the customers by going over and above the call of duty in assisting me with my urgent storage matter/needs.

I rented a storage unit, and Trystan who waited on me delivered excellent customer service. Her pleasant and positive demeanor was shown to us from the very beginning. She took her time evaluating the type of storage that I needed, and showed excellent communication skills during my review evaluation. Afterwards, she showed me a unit that was perfect for what I needed. I really appreciated the level of professionalism that she showed me throughout my whole transaction. Not bad but not great
They made it a bit difficult to set up the storage from afar so I had to get a local friend involved and now the storage unit is in his name because of that. Also after just 6 months with them, they raised the monthly rate.

Customer Satisfaction
Hello my full view of Public Storage where I'm currently located. I think that Public Storage is a good company, however i do not think their being fare with the Price in which I pay for the storage that I have. It does not have a light inside and the ceiling is hanging down due to a recent issue with their roof leaking inside. I called to report the leak and they did repair it, however they did not repair the issue with the ceiling hanging inside. On top of that, they had the nerve to raise the amount I currently pay by $15. when I received the email for my Invoice and the increase was there I thought it was a mistake. I called and talked to the young lady about the charges on the invoice, she said the increase was decided by the company. I know it has nothing to do with her, but I was disappointed. I wanted to move, but I just don't feel like looking all over again. Thank you for allowing me to express how I feel right now, because I'm still shocked.
