Simple and Quick
I reserved and bought my unit online, and my paperwork was emailed so I was able to fill it out and send it right back.
Property is super clean and once inside the climate controlled building, there was a long dolly that I almost cried tears of joy when I saw it……lol. Once I figured out what size unit I needed, the process took about min. Quick and painless:)

Got the right size everything fit perfectly.
The inside is clean. Just only wish I had got a dolly. Had to walk a lot of item small and big to my storage. But overall nice place. Customer service was great. I spoke to some guy can’t remember his name. But he was awesome 👏🏽!!!!

The office worker who set up my account was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He didn’t let me leave the property until all questions were answered and he was sure that my access code was working.

Great service good location and clean facility!
The staff at the location was so helpful. He explained all we needed to know, showed us the parking site. When we came later to store our RV he was rich there to help us with the code, location and any other questions we might have. Very friendly. The storage location was excellent in relation to our home. Thank you for such a great opportunity!

Great Service, convenience as well as clean and secure!
The staff on duty was very pleasant and helpful in arranging for our storage. We had to bring our RV in later due to an issue with the RV. Once we got there he was there immediately to get us in our place. HE was also very helpful in getting us familiar with the gate codes, location and all we needed to know. Excellent service!

Very pleasant customer service reps but had one issue
The customer service reps were very helpful and pleasant. I did have a situation though that they did handle as best they could But it could have been easily avoided.I was given a gate code the day before to get to my storage unit However, the code did not unlock the gate and we had to sit in the parking lot for an hour in the heat until we got a code that would actually work. It was Sunday and they were off. Luckily the 800 number was able to solve the problem by contacting the district manager. It was just a very hard situation as we had to get the rental truck back at a certain time and we lost a whole hour and rushed ti unpack into the storage unit. We had to turn the truck in to avoid paying for another day. So we had to move everything in our cars afterwards.

They Truly Care.
I had to rent a extra storage unit days after my 1st. Then I brought a family member up there for a unit. Having 3 pleasant interactions with Mike & the young lady showed me that they were not only good at there job but they cared about people. Priceless experiences.

A nightmare of corporate ineptitude
A nightmare of corporate ineptitude. They took over my storage unit about six months ago. The unit I’ve been in for 10 years years with almost no problems. Since then I’ve had nothing but problems. The secured gate has been broken and up longer than it has been repaired. But the office is the real problem. They continually try to charge me for units I pay for an advance. They have tried to charge me insurance repeatedly even though I’ve given them my insurance information showing it’s covered. They lose it, they forget it, they don’t apply at all the units, they ignore it. It’s just one mistake after another. While the people are pleasant their incompetence is at such a level that I could not recommend this to anyone.

Not able to access my unit easily
I have not been able to use my passcode to enter the property since I started renting my unit. The o pay way I’ve been able to get in is if someone in the office lets me in. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a unit that I can’t access if the office is closed. I’ve been told numerous times this is being looked into, getting resolved, it’s the gate acting up...but nothing gets fixed.

Increased price and added insurance
When I first signed up I would have given 5 stars for everything. But after several month they were bought by the current storage company and raised the rate by 68% and added insurance.

Price went from $138 per month to $200
I really miss the original staff that was there prior to the company change. The customer service they provided was one of the reasons I chose the storage facility. Although I understand the pricing increase is due to the market, etc., the increase was a tremendous adjustment for me financially. I've now pushed my search for housing to be ASAP, due to the fact that the $200 I currently pay per month would be better used going towards my mortgage or rent.

Poor Business
I started out with Extra Space and was paying 1 price. Prime took over and immediately began raising the rent. It has been raised twice in less than 6 months and there is nothing I can do about it. Definitely wouldn't recommend...

Corp. Mgr. didn't do what he promised
Corp. Mgr. booked my parking spot, (71) to another customer. I was not able to park for two weeks in my own spot that I pay on time every month for the last 7,8 years. He said he would take 15% of my bill for the next couple of payments. Instead it discounted my bill for one month and went back up the next. Very disappointed. Hope u can help me on this matter and keep our parking rent low. Thx

They purchased the business from extra space and ruined it
Greed is killing their purchase! Since our gaming the business rates have almost doubled... not just for for the new tennants but for the existing as well!
How, in the middle of a pandemic do you do that?
If you charge new tennants higher rates that's fine. But to hike up the rates on existing tenants who have been there for years ...in the middle of covid? Really?
This is not an action that is sensitive to the community it serves. I'm moving out as soon as I can!

Rats in the storage unit. Staff with worse communication
This is the worst storage unit I have ever used. Not only did I have two units but rats was inside my unit do not know how it got in there in and out and it ate up my lampshade it ate up my boxes it ate up my kids toy bin they have the worst rodent problem ever. I took the boxes out of my storage unit but I could not put it inside my property and fear of those critters still being in my boxes so I took all my items and I had to dump it. This facility needs to be condemned treated properly for the rodent infestation problem and reopen back in business. The staff is not as professional when they have a document for you to sign they failed to give you a copy you always have to remind them of the copy. The communication there is very poor.I regret with all of my heart and soul that I used this unit I've lost most of my items using this unit. I would not recommend this unit to my worst enemy. When I called to speak to the manager he stated that they brought the property from extra space Storage and they inherited the rodent infestation. I so regret using this unit.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!
I have been at this storage for over 10 years. I am on a fixed income. The first unit I had went up to $385 or so. Then I got another unit from an online promotion with a signed contract for a smaller unit and it was $128 or so. And all of a sudden without notice it went up to $388 and a smaller unit at that. That's the cost of the unit that was much much bigger. I was devastated. My son was able to speak with a manager and now it's $200 per month. Again I am on a fixed income. And I had to inconvenience someone else to help me pay this. If I had the extra money I would definitely move to another storage where I know it will be cheaper than this. But low and behold there is another stimulus check coming so I will have the extra money to move out. Thank you Ms Alisa for being cordial.
I should of moved out when I got the chance when I saw a snake coming from another unit close to the smaller one I moved into. I told old management about it.

An improvement from before
Prime Storage is much improved over the previous company which was frequently raising their prices and had a rodent issue. I think it is still overpriced. It is in a very convenient location for me and so I have stayed for now. The employees are pleasant. They are very good about sending notifications.

Of staff
Although I caught COVID19 and worked on the Southside AIRPORT area my car was stolen
from that area. I was unable to maintain promise to management as I am literally homeless. They were very kind and thoughtful

Unclean rodents in my unit
I’ve experienced big rodents chewing on my clothing, mattresses etc in the unit that I’m renting from Prime Storage. It was told to the site manager and all he said was he could give me rat traps to place in the unit to catch them. In the meantime my items are still being destroyed by the pestilence rodents!

$50 monthly increase with no NOTICE!!
My storage unit went from $110 to $160 in a month with no notice...thats not cool
I couldnt get a answer when i called the facility as to WHY...

Unhappy customer
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. EXTRA SPACE STORAGE was way better and more professional than Prime Storage. This GHETTO Company took over and started charging me twice for insurance, my bank had to do a billing dispute because one of the managers set me up for automatic payments without my permission. I pray I never have to use another storage and Prime will not be it!!
