not happy
This is our second unit. the first one smelled like urine. There was noone on site. We called and left messages and no one called. We called the national line. They were no help at all. the gate code never worked. After three days of coming by and no one being on the property ,my niece came by there was a note for where someone would be. she drove 15 miles away and ended walking into a store managers meeting. someone there tried to change the gate code. it didn't work. she then had to wait for the store manager to come to right back at the unit. it took 3 hrs to get a different unit. luckily for us we had to pay for a unit that doesn't smell like urine. My niece cut her finger on the door of the unit that smelled like urine. Not happy at all.

Fast, easy, reliable
I love that I was able to get a storage within minutes from my phone. I didn't need to go in and fill any paper work out. In my situation doing everything online was so convenient, I didn't have to wait until they opened their office hours to get my storage unit

Need to have a working elevator for moving up stairs
Should have an elevator for people with units upstairs . Had to walk up the stairs with heavy items was very hard

Dshaunda and Sparkle need to teach a class on Customer Service! I came in to rent a storage that turned out to be the wrong size. They turned a bad situation into a wonderful one by being helpful, personable, and outstanding! They gave me the level of service I deserved as a customer and that is not easy to find anymore. I will only use Public Storage for my storage needs in the future because of these two ladies. Give them a raise!!!!

Easy move in. The property manager was very friendly. This locations security system certainly appears to be a step above the rest, security lights are running 24/7 and the cameras are monitored by an outside security company while away. I was very pleased.

Great staff ! But elevators......?
The staff was very knowledgeable and smart all around helpful great personality very well spoken. But ....... there's no reason in today's time facility to be that nice and well priced and not to have an elevator especially when you're moving heavy up it would save a lot of time and stop at nothing turning around looking for another place I almost left if it wasn't for how nice and sweet the staff due to the fact there was no elevator to help me with all these boxes so I had to take each one of them up one by one three and a half hours just moved from a truck into a storage you and only took me an hour and a half to move everything into my truck. Last but not least I think this would be a lot more detail cleaning the floor look very gray and loaded with dust. The inside of the units where clean but the hall was not.

I had two of the most professional, helpful, and courteous employee's to help me. The moving transition is stressful enough, but the two young ladies that were there were so nice, and I apologize for not remembering their names, but their kindness I definitely won't forget.

New to Storage
Overall the move in was seamless. I will say that the lady that checked me in was a bit disorganized. She repeated herself a number of times and often forgot what she had previously informed me. The key pad was not accepting my code however, the manager noticed the problem and quickly apologized and programmed a different one for me.
