Not a good start to my rental experience with CubeSmart!!
Rented a unit on Friday and went out of town to get some furniture,etc. in a U-Haul truck and came back on Sunday to unload the furniture into my storage unit. There was a temporary lock on my unit and after checking my E-mail got the combination given to me. It would not open. Of course it was on a Sunday so the facility was closed. I called and left a message with the manager who was supposed to get back with me. I did find a 800 number on another unit and called that. The operator was able to give me the correct combination for the lock and I was able to unload my belongings. But it was a real inconvenience and if I had not found that 800 number I would not have been able to get into my unit. I had a rented truck that needed to be returned and I had some help to unload who would not have been able to come and help me the next day. Thankfully the person I talked to was able to help me.

Better communication would help.
Had to drive back and forth because I showed up at the time they told me it would be ready and they weren't open yet, also I wasn't told what documents they needed proving insurance so I had to leave and come back before I could unload my truck.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!
My son and I had a bad experience with life and needed a place to store our thing FAST!!! When I called Brittany answered. She does not normally work that location in Villa Rica but she was there that day for a reason!!! She was AWESOME!!!! So very helpful!!!! I am so glad we chose Cube Smart!!!
the next day we dropped off a load and I have a little pickup truck trying to get all of our move in that would have taken days!!! I called back up there on a Sunday and spoke with Randall, I asked him was the truck available and he told me yes!!! We went and rented the truck and it was FREE!!!! FREE with a move in!!!! A small deposit is required at time of the rental but you get that back when you bring the truck back!!!
These folks were the GREATEST!!!! Thank you Brittany and Randall!!!! now you're a part of our family!!!!

Friendly staff
Keypad stopped working and I hadn't locked my unit yet. Couldn't get back into the facility. It was after 6 so the employee had already gone home. Waited 45 min with my 2 young kids until customer service could reach someone to let me back in.
