Fast and Efficient
My husband and I needed to find a storage unit very quickly because we needed to get our things out of his grandmother's house in a rush, and since we're in between homes right now, time was of the essence! We found this storage facility easily online, made a reservation to see the unit, saw it, and signed on the same day. So thankful everything was fast and easy, and Jasmine was very helpful. Love this location because it's close to my work, too!

Clean, friendly, reasonably priced.
Was at a storage facility only 2 miles away paying $128/mo for a 4 X 4, moved here and got a 4 X 5 for only $80/mo. Staff is very friendly, don't have to go to the office and leave drivers license just to use a flatbed cart. Everything seems very clean. I am impressed, security seems equal to anything else we have experienced in this area.

public storage waialae is the best !!!!!!
i would highly recommend this storage place than any other cause it's wasnt the price or where it was located it was the people who works there. always smiling and greeting everyone making sure everything is okay checking the unit just overall best storage place i've ever been to.

Storage so good it'll make you want to be a hoarder!
From my phone call with Ro to finally meeting her bright and smiling face, it has been quite a positive experience. Employee Ro, I believe short for Rowena, was charming, intelligent, engaging, knowledgeable and reassuring! She listened to my dilemma which led to my storage needs. She then concisely went over my storage options ie; size, cost, security, climate controlled environment, etc. Promptly took me on a tour of the facilities to acquaint myself with the options she had spoke of earlier. After making my decision, she proceeded on to the terms of service, insurance and other options/supplies to aid in my move. It is overall the most pleasant and nonstressful storage experience I or anyone could have had given the circumstances for the need of a storage unit. Mahalo nui loa for hiring Ro who made my transition a memorable and awesome time!

Gloria, the lovely lady who helped me obtain and select a unit at the Public Storage in Kahala, was nice, knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. She was a "model" of outstanding customer relations skills--a real credit to the Public Storage company and brand. It was a pleasure to meet and interact with her, and as a result, I will recommend this Public Storage outlet to others who live in Honolulu. I've rented storage space many times over the years. It's a fairly dry experience, and one that I want to be quick, accurate & executed by a competent & knowledgable person. GLORIA PAET is by far, the most competent individual at any Public Storage on Oahu, that I've ever interacted with...and I've worked with many! GLORIA cuts to the chase, is accurate & genuinely makes every attempt to save me money. I trust GLORIA because she is competent, but I enjoy interacting with her because she is a respectful, helpful, personable human...rare!

easy easy easy
i was looking for a short term storage unit. I knew public storage was close by and found their online registration specific to the location I wanted and it told me what size units were available and on what floors. I was able to pick my unit. Someone "Anu" called me back within 5 minutes to see when I wanted to come look at the unit. Upon arrival, Anu was very friendly and very knowledgeable. She asked what I was storing and suggested another unit. The whole process was easy and pain free. The facility is clean and easy to use and very secure.

Very Glad I Am Moving My Stuff to Public Storage!
The exceptional customer service by Gloria made getting set up with a storage unit a total pleasure! She was very friendly, very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, answered questions. And the facility is all I had hoped, after reserving my unit on-line: clean, easy to access, great access hours, very secure. I have had my things in storage with two other companies over the past few years and I am already most impressed with Public Storage. Hopefully I will be a customer with them for a very long time to come!

Secure storage and awesome service!
The storage itself was just the right size and it was easy to get all my things in there. The service was excellent, they answered all my questions and set me up right away. I feel safe leaving my things there. I recommend also utilizing the app, as it was helpful to find me deals on the good price I got.
