Great place and people for our storage.
Outstanding customer service from Vin. Facility is secure, clean and spacious. SpareFoot prices are reasonable and the 1st month is “Free” for AAA members. Easy online registration and processing was quick.

Easy Move

Vin and Pat were awesome, matching me with the perfect space!
When I called, Vin found me a great spot in the facility, pointed me to a discount code through AAA, and set me up to move in. On the day of move in Pat and her manager checked me in. Pat walked me through everything - quick and easy - then when I asked because I was so clueless, she took me to my space and helped me to learn how to get in and out. Space was clean and air conditioned, well lighted, roomy. Terrific service! Mahalo ladies!

Great friendly service in clean and climate controlled storage
Needed a small unit for a few months during a renovation. Did same day reservation and got right in. Great space in clean and climate controlled environment and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Nice customer service and facilities
My only complaint is the hours for entry. The gate is only able to be opened between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. You can’t open it on either side. Wish the gate to get out had more flexibility or that the times of the gate were longer.
I also wish it was easier to get ahold of the property manager.

Great storage on the Windward side
This is the only climate controlled storage in Kaneohe. It is a little pricier then the rest but it is very clean and customer service was great. I wished the hours to enter the unit were later possibly 24 hours.

Great bang for my buck
This place uses what they have very well. Facility isn’t top of the line, but it’s run very well. Staff was extremely helpful and looked out for my best interest by being willing to cancel my first deal because they found a better deal for me. They also give you a lock for free. Check out the facility first, and if you think it will work for whatever type of stuff you are going to store, go for it!

Awesome Facility
Customer service is exemplary. Checking in was so easy yet thorough. And prices are very reasonable.
Security is top notch, with coded gates, coded elevators and security cameras everywhere.
Access hours to your unit is 7 to 7, plenty of time if you work.
The BEST self-storage facility in the area!

I'd definitely recommend Central Self Storage. The truck is a bonus.
Central Self Storage is clean and easily accessible. The manager was helpful, giving me a thorough orientation before I moved in. It's air conditioned, which is important to me, and less expensive than some other facilities that are not. Having access to a truck for moving was very helpful.

Expensive for size of unit but convenient...Could be a little cleaner in the unit-there was a lot of lizzard dung...told it would be clean by move in date-it was not. Could save $ by not keeping the unit so cool-the A/C setting is a little too low. Very nice people who manage the units!

From the on-line registration to the moving in, it was a good experience.
The on-line process to reserve a rental space was very easy and by morning, the storage staff called to follow up. Upon arrival, the helpful staff got me through the paperwork in a short time. From the on-line registration to the moving in, it was a good experience.
