Honest...fast...efficient
I worked with the manager. He was honest and answered all of my questions. Service was fast and efficient. He called me when he said he would to let me know the unit was clean and ready to go. Some places don't remember to call you back.

When we went in and paid for the storage the lady helping was friendly. We didn't feel pressured to buy anything but were informed on the positives of the items for sale. The only not so positive is when we went into the storage shed to move some stuff in, I felt like I might want to sweep the edges. No big deal though

Very nice facility.
Friendly people. Very clean buildings and grounds. I think the prices, not only here, but at other storage facilities as well, are a little steep. Also, you're required to pay a monthly insurance premium when you rent one of their units. I didn't know this until I went in to sign the paperwork.

Great business to store with!
I was in an emergency situation and had to get my belongings to a safe place in a short amount of time. I was able to reserve a unit online, received a call from the manager the following day and completed paperwork. He showed me the unit, walked me through procedures, and I then received an email the date of move-in. Brian has excellent customer service and I was thankful I had the ease of this option in a time I needed it.

From the front desk to the storage rooms, all secure in sector 7.
The lady manager is very helpful and accommodating. Everyting was as hoped for as I selected using the internet from Minnesota. The storage rooms are nice and clean as was the general property.
Although I live on the other end of the metro, I felt the quality here was worth the few extra minutes of travel, although the easy access to Interstate 35 does make for quick travel.

i could not be more happy with my storage unit! for the space i got i would never imagined the price would be so good!
I could not be more happy with the storage facility I got for the money I spent! I have talked with friends who have told me the deal I got is unheard of! And on top of it all I only used half of the storage unit and I was worried I wasn't going to be able to fit everything! I am only paying thirty bucks a Monthe and I hAve my whole house in the storage unit plus they have great security I can leave everything there knowing It will be safe and even if something happends to any of my stuff it is all covered under there insurance!

The staff was very friendly and polite clean top notch operation but you should get some fright carts for people to use who are moving in to a locker in side unit I have a cart and it was a very big help what would take me 45mins to load in my pickup was only 20mins to
unload in to my in side unit by myself you might even be able to get people to pay a small user fee or bump the rent and include the use of it for people who rent a inside unit
