This place seemed awesome.... But the purchase of the unit I was completely let down. Couldn't access building without struggle Everytime . The billing got really screwed up and they advertised the building had 24 hrs access when it didn't. My experience was poor.

Not worth it, state of cleanliness, the elevator broke when we were there.
Might be moving to a different place. Told I was getting 3 months at 30% off and only got 2 months! ЁЯШаЁЯШдЁЯШб

Friendly, efficient and clean
Taylor was great. She helped get the reservation done long distance, answered our questions timely and detailed. Storage unit was very clean and easy to find. There are maps just inside the doors to help you locate your unit. It was a smooth, efficient and easy rental process.

The office help were great
When we showed up they could not find my reservation or at least the unit that we reserved. They did everything possible to get us another storage space, and they suceeded. Not the unit on the original, even though all they had left was smaller units.

No clear communication of storage manager and online customer support
Onsite manager Amber is great. But the online customer care seem to promise deals that they cannot honor. Clearly there is communication gap between the site manager and the customer care. Weirdest thing is that reserving the spot online, doesn’t gurantee the storage unit. So what in the holy universe does reservation mean! The manager was kind enough to talk over phone with her boss to resolve the issue for me. So I would say go onsite to reserve the unit, no use of inljne reservation

Horrible service and experience
I reserved a unit a month before move in--arrived at location. No one around -even though the office hours said they were open. The sign on door stated they were closed. Came 2 days in a row-no one answered multiple phone calls. Last call finally got ahold of someone who stated they could not find my reservation. I had the confirmation e-mail in my hand but she refused to come to storage office.

Excellent storage Facility
Before visiting this facility, I visited several other storage places. All of the other facilities were way over priced, compared to Storage Rentals of America. I was treated exceptionally well, Representative was very knowledgeable, and went out of her way to meet my needs in every way! From pricing, to showing different units to make sure I got the appropriate size I needed.
The price of the unit I rented was less than 1/2 of other places I priced for same size.
Highly recommended!!!!
